EMPLOYEE LIST OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
Parking Cars:
- When you’re parking a car you must drive cautiously. If you’re caught speeding you will be terminated immediately.
- Never keep keys in your pockets. Either hang them on the board if there is time or place them in a safe spot.
- Never close car doors with keys in them. If you need to, crack a window. Some cars doors lock automatically with they keys inside.
- Make sure every car you park is locked after parking them.
- Every car must be reversed into a parking spot, unless told otherwise.
- When retrieving a vehicle you MUST run to it, and drive it to the customer cautiously.
Manners
You must be polite to all customers. Greet every guest, offer to help carry items into establishement. Open doors for passangers etc...
Dress Code:
You’re responsible to buy your own black sneakers, and black dress pants. Company polos are provided. Winter jacket is $75 dollars which will be deducted from your pay if not paid up front. Jackets can be returned after it has been dry-cleaned. Jacket must be in good shape to receive full compensation.
Appearance:
Must be well groomed. No visible tattoos or visible piercings. Small earrings are acceptable.
Cell Phones:
Cell phones can be used during downtime. Never talk or text on a phone in front of a customer ESPECIALLY while parking or retrieving their vehicle.
Smoking:
If you are a smoker, you can NEVER under any circumstance smoke in front of a customer or any establishments we’re providing valet service for. You may smoke on the side or behind the building out of sight of any customers.
Stealing:
If you’re caught stealing tips or personal belongings from a vehicle you will be terminated immediately
Breaks:
Each employee is entitled to take a break during downtime. (One at a time)
Shifts:
When you arrive to your scheduled location you must text or call management to check in. When ending a shift you must text or call to check out and report total amount of cars parked for the day and tips collected.
Weekly Schedule:
Each employee’s schedule will be given out via text each Sunday. If you do not receive a schedule by Monday morning, call or text management.
Requesting Time Off:
You must notify management a week in advance. Do not wait until schedule is made up to request off. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If I am employed by Six Star Services, and any information on this application is found to be false, I understand that I will forfeit any benefits and references and will be subject to automatic termination. By signing this application for employment, I understand and agree to the pulling of my driving record by Six Star Services.
